The ingredients depend on your requirements. You can add more Habaneros to make it more spicy; some people add green peppers; some mix with spices. The proportion of these ingredients varies from person to person. I shared my criteria below. This formula produces about 4 cups of tomato sauce.
8 Medium Roma Tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 medium onion (red or white)
1 tbsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup water
If you need more sauce, you can increase the amount. I add ginger and garlic mainly for health.
Finely mix and use as needed.
